David Christiana's visit to the Copper Beech Elementary School was both exciting and informative.  He spent the morning sharing writing tips and artistic techniques.  Everyone agrees, his books are beautiful to look at and fun to read!

Mr. Christiana is an Associate Professor for the School of Art at the University of Arizona. He earned his MFA at Syracuse University and his BFA at the Tyler School of Art. He has illustrated eighteen picture books for children and authored four for international publishers including Farrar, Strauss, and Giroux; Harcourt; Little, Brown, and Company; Henry Holt; Blue Sky Press; and Scholastic.
