The Bear Creek Mountain trips this year are currently scheduled for:

Fridays, 1/11 & 2/8.

Description

The Alternative Sports club is designed to reach out to students who do not participate in "traditional" sports.  Three times per year there are field trips to various skateboard parks, which are open to 7-9th graders.  Eighth graders are also invited to join us on one, two or all three trips to Bear Creek Mountain in January and February to enjoy Snowboarding or skiing.  Lessons and rentals are available.  9th graders are invited to go on 5 trips to Blue Mountain in January and February as well.  All students can also continue their affiliation with the club by going on the Blue Mountain trips throughout their high school years.  There are no regular meetings, although periodically we will have a video party or host another event.  There is nothing special to do to become a member,  just sign up and come to any and or all of the events available.
