Description

The goal of  Green Thumbs club is to raise environmental awareness by informing the school about factors that are harmful to the environment and ways to - Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle.

The club activities includes volunteering at Briar Bush and the Zoo, guest speakers on occasion, preparing a club newsletter, organizing special ceremonies and assemblies for Earth Day events, attending lectures, fundraising for environmental and animal life preservation, organizing contests, and reading and writing about environmentally friendly events.
