Attention all students!
The Junior High is participating in a month long
competition in which we need students to bring in
plastic bottle tops. Plastic tops should be brought to
your science teacher. The science room who collects the
most will receive a baked goods party for each of the
classes in that room. The competition is from
April 29th- May 30th. After the caps are collected, the
Green Thumbs club will count them to determine a winner
then take them to Whole Foods for proper recycling.
GIRLS
SOCCER
– girls currently in 8th thru 11th
grades who are interested in trying out for the high
school soccer team this fall should attend a meeting in
Room P-216 (gym wing of the high school) on Wednesday
May 22nd at 3:15PM for a brief meeting.
Preseason schedules and paperwork requirements will be
discussed. Coach Tompkins
The
Library will be CLOSED Today:
to study hall / workshop / tutorial students during 2nd
and 4th periods. Please refrain from writing
passes or sending students to the Library at this time.
All
Lunch DEBTS (Money Owed) must be paid by MAY 31st.
No more borrowing after May 31st.
Thanks to everyone who auditioned for the Talent Show! Abington
Junior has so much talent! The final list is printed
outside M-3. Rehearsals will held June 10-13. Please
be prepared to attend every rehearsal. See Mrs. Walker,
Mrs. Snead or Mr. Wetherill with any questions.
7th Grade softball players,
remember to bring in what you signed up for to the party
after school on Wednesday, May 22 in room 117 from 3-4
o'clock. Also, you need to return your
cleaned jersey that day as well. Again, the party
will be from 3-4 in room 117 on Wednesday, May 22.
BOYS
SOCCER
– Boys currently in 8th thru 11th
grades who are interested in trying out for the high
