  • Gingerbread for Good
    All Abington School District students are invited to donate gingerbread house supplies for children in foster care. Donate the entire list and earn one service hour. You may contribute a maximum of three times (for a total of three hours). Bring donations to the Information Desk. List: 1 box of graham crackers, one can of frosting, 4 individual bags of chocolate/candies (something you would find for $1-2 at a dollar store or grocery store. We'll be accepting donations until the end of November.

  • JJBL 2025-26 Registration
    Registration for the 2025-26 season is now live, and we are excited for another fun season! The "best below the rim" league in our area is co-ed and open to all 2nd-12th graders. Our early bird pricing runs through the end of September. We encourage you to invite new friends to join JJBL, and purchase tickets for our "JJBL Night at the Sixers" on Sunday, March 15. Each registered player will receive a free ticket to the game; additional tickets can be purchased during registration.

  • Kehillah Soccer League
    Kehillah Sunday Soccer League is a fun, co-ed, instructional league for children in Pre-K-6th grade. Held on Sundays at the Mandell Campus in Melrose Park, this program is designed to help kids learn soccer skills, build confidence, and make new friends in a supportive and welcoming environment. No experience necessary, and need-based scholarships are available! In addition, we're hosting a Soccer Pop-Up Family Day open to families of all ages and skill levels on Sunday, August 17, 2:30-4PM

    Every child deserves to feel confident as a reader. Certified Wilson Reading System(R) tutors provide 1:1 structured literacy multisensory instruction for students who need extra support with reading or dyslexia. Through Carmel Literacy Partners and Reading Allowed, this compassionate, research-based program at Carmel Presbyterian Church in Glenside helps build strong skills, confidence, independence and a lifelong love of reading. Sliding-scale tuition makes support available to every family.
