HackaThon October 13 and 14 Cherry Hill, NJ

On October 13 and 14, Abington students participated in a hackathon in the South Jersey area for high school students, hosted by members of Cherry Hill High School East’s Women in Science Organization. The specific location was Cherry Hill Public Library. As defined by techopedia.com, a hackathon is a gathering where programmers collaboratively code in an extreme manner over a short period of time. For 24 hours, over 200 participants learned about technology, competed in coding competitions, and met up and made friends.
